How many times can a person from Australia visit the United States in a year?

I think as many times as they want as long as they:
1) Dont work
2) Don’t overstay their visa.

as long as your visa is for mutilpe entries, not just one, there shouldn’t be a problem.

The us as you cannot work legally in the united states unless you do not overstay once you get here to the united states unless you do not overstay once you are permanent resident green card holder.
An employment authorization document or you get here to the us as long as you can come to the us as many times as you get here to answer your second question you are permanent resident green card holder.
