Can an Indian passport holder come to US and from US go to Australia?

Do US visa rules expect that she return to India, if she came from India?
Do Australian visa rules expect that since she has Indian Passport, she must come from India?

If she has a visa(for OZ and US) and passport she should just be able to go from the US to OZ.. If I were you I would make a few phone calls so there is no hold up..

You can fly from anywhere to anywhere as long as you have the appropriate visas.
